Hi, I’m Carol.

I hear it all the time from people who are sleep-deprived—the one thing they want more than anything else is simply to sleep.

That’s it. Just sleep.

I know exactly how that feels because, not too long ago, my own sleep was completely out of control. It got so bad that I lost the ability to function, and I had to step away from work entirely. The exhaustion was overwhelming, and I felt deeply isolated. I didn’t know how to help myself, let alone find a way to get my sleep back on track.

My doctor prescribed sleeping medication, but it didn’t work. And there was no one I could turn to for real, meaningful support.

The hardest part? No one seemed to truly understand the pain of desperately wanting sleep, but feeling completely unable to find it.

Well-meaning friends and family offered advice, but nothing seemed to help. I felt like no one really understood the struggle of trying to get good rest while everything in my body and mind seemed to be fighting it.

I don’t want you to feel that way.

What I’ve learned from my own experience—and from working with so many others—is that improving sleep isn’t about quick fixes. It’s not just about taking a pill or following a rigid routine. It’s about taking a holistic approach—one that nurtures your emotions, beliefs, and actions while creating an environment that truly supports good, restorative sleep.

That’s why I created The Better Sleep Community—a space for people who are struggling with sleep to come together for guidance, tools, and genuine support.

When I was deep in my own sleep struggles, I longed for someone who understood the weight of it all. Someone who could offer real solutions and help me through the overwhelming process of reclaiming my rest.

It took a lot of time, trial, and error to find my way out of sleepless nights. I don’t want anyone to have to go through that alone.

Today, I’m here to help guide you, so you don’t have to walk that path by yourself. And while I’m not offering a quick fix, I promise to provide you with the support and resources you need to reclaim your sleep—and your life.
